I have tried this program for 3 months and am a regitered user. It doesn't work if it's 1. minimized in the dock, 2. not the frontmost window (i.e. if the finder is in the foreground and this window is in the background - it fails), and 3. if it's been operating longer than 36 hours, it fails. No documentation, and the deeloper does not respond to issues.

I purchased a license right away based on Nullriver's "good name" and the feature set it purported to offer.
THIS IS THE WORST APP I'VE EVER USED...BAR NONE. Unexplained crashes, ignores calls randomly, no update from Beta in 6 months, and Nullriver REFUSES TO SUPPORT IT!!!
That's right...DEVELOPER IS IGNORING PAYING CUSTOMERS WHO NEED HELP.
STAY AWAY!!!! Or just take a match to $12. It will be infinitely more satisfying. Nullriver should be ashamed of the way they've handled this.
