Product Description:
MetaX is a meta-data tagger for mp4 files and their derivatives. It uses Atomic Parsley on the back-end to write the tags to your video files. MetaX automatically searches Amazon.com to find tags (so you'll need an internet connection). Cover art data can be retrieved from Amazon.com, Yahoo!, or from the video file itself. Share your tag data with friends using the new archive export feature.

this is the best , most complete program for this purpose. I use it to correct all my movies and TV shows in Itunes and is an apple TV must have

This was the first app I've ever donated for. Easy to use, and makes tagging my Apple TV movies so quick and easy. There used to be a bug where certain movies would vanish after using MetaX if you didn't have the "safe" option checked, but now it will just give you an error message if that was going to happen, instead of deleting.
Also, the developer is constantly updating this app. I've actually submitted a bug, and had the developer email me back within an hour, and the bug was fixed that day. I'm sure he can't do that every time, but it is still very impressive. On average, there are probably two updates a week with new features and bug fixes.

The tag for disk number and track number are different for MetaX than iTunes. MetaX allows only a simple number (1, 2, 3, etc), iTunes expects a string like '1 of 6' or '22 of 26'.
Otherwise MetaX is a very useful program, and functions as advertised.
