I encourage people to read Anzan Compared and try the application for themselves. Additionally there is Getting Started with Anzan to aid you in the initial setup.

Anzan's visuals and functionality are great. But if you just need a non-nonsense Mac to Mac bridge, try DropCopy from 10base-t (http://10base-t.com/premier.html). Very barebones app A WHOLE LOT cheaper too ($25 for unlimited usage). By the way, I'm a DropCopy user.
