This program allow to save a text file (.txt, .html etc.) with a different encoding, and with different end of lines. It's also possible to find/replace text.

Can work in batch process (be carreful, replace existing files).

Doesn't convert Chinese - Version: 1.1.1, 5/11/2007 01:08PM PST

Tried a few Chinese (GB and Big5) text files; while they showed fine in the preview window, conversion to UTF8 doesn't work. The supposedly converted files are still in their original encodings.
