This is in regards to my comments about problems with the upgrade. Chuck was able to respond to me within two hours, and the problem was of my own doing. So to update my experience, Velaclock is both an excellent tool AND there is excellent support.

I've been running versions 1.9.x and 2.0.0 for about a year. This version 2.0.1 fails to upgrade using my serial number and is now running in demo mode. I'm currently awaiting advice from the developer.
This has been excellent software and is extremely useful if you have contacts in other time zones and don't want to accidentally call them in the middle of the night. However, if you're a registered user, be careful with this version. You may be risking the functionality of your software.
