Ok but not great on Leopard

This version is supposed to be updated for 10.5, but it's a little "crashy." When I try to save files and change the destination, it crashes. But it works as long as the photos go directly into Documents. And the price is great. Other similar freeware programs don't work, and similar shareware programs are too expensive. This just needs some tweaking.

This question is for the developer, before I buy.
I have loads of photos on my iPod with the same file name. Unfortunately, this program, while beautiful, seems to be unable to extract more than one file with the same name. For instance, if I have 10 photos with the name DSCF00001.jpg, and attempt to retrieve all of them, it will overwrite each every time, and you end up with only one photo!
How do I get around this serious limitation? There's absolutely no way I can do them one by one. I have 10000 photos, and probably 1000 of them have duplicate names!
