Picturesque ReviewCrashed, then froze machine - Version: 2.0.3, 9/12/2008 09:45PM PST

It looked pretty.
But upon using, it first crashed my Mac Mini 1.83 w/2GB RAM, into a restart. Then it froze my machine, requiring me to manually shut it down, 4 times before I trashed the app.
Seems a bit pricey for what it purports to do.

Picturesque ReviewEasy to use, really! - Version: 2.0.3, 7/17/2008 06:23AM PST

I needed to spiff up some screenshots for a website, and this was just the perfect tool for it. Now my images all look modern and cool, with a nice 3D effect and a mirroring of the image.

Picturesque is a tad pricey, but it gets the job done, and that is what counts.

I had try to get the same effects with GraphicConverter, and while GC is really able to do that, too, it was a nightmare to set up the parameters for the image effects (you actually had to type in numbers for coordinates in GraphicConverter!!!)

So Picturesque really was a no-brainer for me...

Picturesque ReviewWhere is "Fade out" function on 2.x ??? - Version: 2.0.3, 7/3/2008 06:47AM PST

I was disappointed at the lastest version of this great app because its predecessor was able to make any side of a picture faded out (which was AWESOME.)

However, the new 2.x version of this app doesn't contain that beautiful function. I don't understand. Why? Does anybody know the reason? or see the function?
