This is a very bare-bones text IRC client, with hardly any feedback except from the server you're connected to, and yes, you can connect, as long as you stipulate the port # for the server- it does not default, at all, to the usual port. The window is small, and unexpandable, so you will not see much, and it does not scroll back. Direly threadbare.

Doesn't appear to do anything besides open up a non-resizable window and sit there. No connection with any irc server, and I tried four different nets.
