Product Description:

You are a busy person, aren't you? And there's an easy way to track all things that have to be done... and to get those things done!

iGTD takes some concepts from Getting Things Done methodology and makes them easy to understand and use in your every day life. Just divide your tasks by contexts - where they have to be done? At home? At your office? At laptop? At any time you can access the Internet?

What's new in this version:

GUI improvements:
  • task tags are displayed in the task name column - it can be configured in Appearance preferences
  • better GUI for context icons
  • icons are displayed for subcontexts, too
  • completed tasks are displayed with strike-through font
  • configurable font size for outlines and tables - see Appearance preferences
  • configurable default calendar type - you can choose if the calendar displays the start date or due date by default after app's startup (Appearance preferences)
Security:
  • security control for syncing to iCal: you get warned if more than 5% of your items are to be deleted from iGTD - you can restore them immediately
  • new restore feature in File menu: you can restore your data from backups made by iGTD or manually
Cut, copy, paste:
  • you can cut/copy tasks and paste them into contexts, projects or archive categories without having to switch to the tasks table (Paste works in outlines, too)
  • you can paste tasks from clipboard multiple times = new way to:
a) assign contexts/projects: you can cut a task from inbox, paste it to a context, then switch to projects and paste it to a project b) create multiple task copies: you can copy a task and paste it several times in different contexts/projects Other improvements:
  • you can apply project's default settings (default context and tags) for its subprojects or/and tasks: see the project properties window
  • contact menus (Contacts field) include phone numbers from Address Book - you can display them as sticky Growl notifications or call them with Skype
  • http addresses are parsed automatically from the task name and notes - and turned into task links
  • you can also invoke the parsing manually using the Parse links command (Tasks menu, Cmd+Shift+L)
  • enhancement for Quick Tags: Alt+1...9 toggles a Quick Tag for selected tasks - Alt+Shift+1...9 replaces all task tags with a Quick Tag
  • Cmd+Alt+Return shortcut to open all task links in background (Cmd+Return opens them in foreground)
  • new command Get Info (Cmd+I) which displays context or project properties (like 'i' buttons do)
  • clicking the Growl notification about a task *always* reveals this task in iGTD
  • last backup path is saved and restored
  • an alert about restore feature displayed after the first sync to iCal added
Fixes:
  • double click in a tasks table creates a new task at the bottom (not at the second position) if tasks are ordered manually
  • menu bar option 'Add selected...' is enabled again
  • fix for duplicating tasks - start date is no longer set to today for the duplicate
  • fix for editing new archive categories in 'Archive task' panel
  • fix for pasting items into archive categories (refresh bug)
  • fix for editing names of contexts, smart folders and archive categories
  • fix for duplicating archive items
  • fixes for importing text files as tasks
  • fixes for pasting lines as tasks
  • fixed dates parsing in the Quicksilver syntax - now iGTD uses the date format from OS X International preferences
  • fixed crashes with invoking some commands when iGTD window is closed
  • fixes for syncing to iCal
  • fix for the iGTD/Apple Mail rule and iGTD install in non-standard paths
  • 'Floating window' option moved from the Window menu to Appearance preferences

Thank you. So many improvements with each and every update but we still can't resize the Task Note window...It is very tiny and it's very time consuming to scroll the notes. I will use IGTD when this 'feature' will be implimented
