Doesn't fix Menu Bar clock - Version: 1.0, 3/15/2007 08:15PM PST

I have to agree with mlharg. Some applications recognize the time change and some don't but, most importantly to my dad (with an iMac G4 running 10.3.7) and my wife (with an iBook G3 running 10.3.9), the Menu Bar clock didn't change to DST. The clock in the Date & Time preference pane changed, but not the one that shows in the menu bar. Any chance you can, uh, fix the fix?

After install, Date and Time show correct time, Analog correct, Window option correct, but normal digital menu bar display is wrong.

Not working for me... - Version: 1.0, 3/13/2007 10:46AM PST

I have 10.3.5 and downloaded this just a few minutes ago. I had changed the time manually yesterday and was just realizing that this change was not registering on my e-mails (their time stamp was an hour earlier than it should have been).
So, I switched the time/date setting back to "automatic," downloaded this and restarted my computer.
Now, the computer is set for PDT and in the actual Time/Date box, the time is correct. BUT, it is incorrect now on the display bar and will not change. Even when I try to set it manually, it still will not change. And, on top of everything else, the time is still wrong on my e-mails.
I'm admittedly not very Mac-savvy, but I seem to have followed all of the steps and this is not working for me.
