Product Description:
iTunes Playlist Changer permits you to change the playlist within iTunes without abruptly changing the song currently playing. It also permits you to change song in the middle of hearing another one. You have a crossfadable 'next' and 'previous' button, and a 'stop', 'play', and 'pause' button. iTunes Playlist Changer wll crossfade between any 2 songs in your iTunes library.

only the colour ball keeps turning ...and turning... on my MAC G4
OSX4.9. once you try to switch songs.
Try it on intel laptop and let you know...
Also would be nice if in the same playlist one could switch to other song.
Last : crossfade should be better instead of volume lowering by switching.

What version of Mac OS X are you using, and are you sure iTunes was running?
On my computer it works well...

Keep my remarks though, crossfade would be nice and Ihow do I switch to another song ,fi ten ssongs away in the same playlist? I worked it out by changing playlists and open the same playlist, but fastidious!
