Based on this: "NO COMMERCIAL USE:
This License Agreement grants you the right to use the Software for personal use only in order to evaluate and provide feedback about it to DivX, Inc. Commercial use of the Software or of the work products resulting from its use is not permitted under this License Agreement." ...should we, the end users, anticipate eventually this not being free?

All I know is that the RIAA is always on the hunt–she's one of those beasts with "many eyes"– and one should be prepared to deal with them should revenue be sought by this project.

Well, only God knows... it's just a theory. :p You could just be making money by reselling the end user feedback demographics, I don't know your secret business model. ;)

PEACE and THANKS!
