I downloaded this update from two different sources, opened it, and proceeded to install it. When I reached the "Install" step, the window froze and would not accept any instructions, whether to go back or to Install. I give up, and will try again later. If it is a downloading problem, I thought you might want to know it.

Apparently only those running 10.4.8 and 10.3.9 need this update, the rest of us using earlier versions of OS X don't keep up with the times anyway, so we don't care about accurate time zone and Daylight Saving Time information.
Today's update includes rule changes (as of January, 2007) for Australia, Brazil, the province of Alberta, Canada and several other regions.
