There is no info anywhere on how to use this thing, the help menu is worthless
The blurb says that it allows you to select what to "Cleanse" but I could find no such thing
the blurb says it "Let Mac Cleanse carefully and precisely scan and incinerate only what you choose."
what does this mean ? does this mean "select all cookies" vs " select no Cookies" does not sound very precise to me
I set it clean some safe places such as Caches, hit Cleanse and was rewarded with a blank dialog box with an OK box
If I want to clean cookies or anything else I want to see what is being deleted
The only review to date seems to be written by the author or his mother {oops another review just showed up I meant the first review}
I would not use such a program without some more information on whats going on

I must disagree with the previous comment about "Nothing more than the user wishes to delete" This is a very wrong statement. As I was perusing the binary around the Firefox cleaning section, I noticed the use of what I would guess is a wildcard to clean out the Firefox history, rather than cleaning just the history, it could accidentally delete other files depending on how in-depth the user is in customization of Firefox.
I would always be careful about knowing exactly what's being cleaned, so I guess it all boils down to trust, and I don't trust an application written in BASIC (realbasic) to clean my computer.
