Charging for a release that is considered Beta is a bit strange. I'll be happy to test Beta software, but completely unthrilled about being asked to pay for it.
Growl support?

I know it has support for Growl, but it doesn't use Growl notifications. Even with that "use growl" selected I get the CoverSutra notification which is nice but I want uniformity. Other than that, CoverSutra ROX (and I got it as part of MacHeist)!

As pretty as it is, I don't care that much about the CD cover display on the desktop (which is usually cluttered with icons and windows) and there are plenty of other (free) iTunes remote control apps --- but the quicksearch function is simply brilliant! All in all a very neat application.
(PS: you can get it until 23 January 2008 as part of the MacHeist.com bundle)
