How can this boast compatibility with 10.3? Dashboard widgets only work on Mac OS X 10.4 and higher.

This is a great idea and definitely something I would like to put on my dashboard, but the text clashes with the background horribly, making it very hard to look at. In addition, The text is too small for my liking. Make it more readable and I will definitely use the next version.

This is a U.S. only widget, so international users can skip this one unless they have an interest in American politics, in which case, they can see what our politicians really do with their time and our money.
