Nice project... I use the unofficial version since unfortunately the main tree doesn't include the note option Rainer one does...
At least the project still alive...

I just downloaded this timer to use to time several projects. The positive side: The menu bar start and stop button makes it very easy to use, there is great flexibility to add tasks and projects. It's also easy to change or correct an entry.
Others have complained about the pop-up saying "You been idle" - but if you click on it it will count the time (this is important to time tasks that are away from the computer).
The negative side: I don't see a good way to print. It will print a summary of the time for a project, but without the subset of the tasks and without dates, or it will print the tasks without the total time. I suppose you could print different pages, but I'd like to be able to print daily summaries. Not being able to print out a daily summary means I'll look elsewhere.
The price is right, though.

This app is useless because it constantly pops up "you have been idle" dialog boxes thereby eliminating any benefit of tracking your tasks. Who wants to click endless boxes just because they are doing tasks that are not on the computer running this.

This is a pretty fantastic little program, and I use it every day at work. My only complaint is that I often track time for projects that I do away from the computer, so the "You been idle" message pops up OFTEN. Also, I'm an editor, so the missing "have" in "You been idle" message is doubly annoying. : ) Ideally, I would want to be able to turn this feature off. Please? Thanks!

I just downloaded Time Tracker 1.2.1. One of the first things I noticed was that I liked it! :) Thanks.
It seem to work great, however, when I hit the delete key it doesn't ask for confirmation, and I can't undo the delete as no undo is supported.
So here are some features I think would make this much more usefull.
1) Confirm all delete actions.
2) An easier way to add times not recorded with the tracker.
3) Exporting of the time logs should be supported.
4) Better printing capability. Idealy it would show everything in a nicely formatted table. The output should include the project name, total time, all sub-tasks, and the time logs of the different tasks. It isn't very helpfull to print an exact image of the currently focused view.
I will be removing the key combination from the menu so as to not accidentally delete my time logs.

Very easy to use and editing your times is a plus (since I sometimes forget to log items when I start).
