Product Description:
This is a falling blocks game which is.. ever so slightly similar to that well known game owned by the Tetris Company. This product is freeware.
It's a fairly 'no frills' version of the aforementioned falling blocks game, with responsive controls and a clean interface to maximise gameplay.
Features include:
- Hardware accelerated OpenGL graphics
- Tuneable movement speeds for the hardcore player
- Connectivity to the Simian Games server for global high scores.
What's new in this version:
- Undo last move (optional)
- Assistant showing where piece will drop (optional)
- Auto-pause when switching applications
- Paused and Game Over text overlays
- Can create Simian Games accounts in-game (no need to visit the website)
- Can automatically check for new versions via internet connection
- Cursor/arrow keys can also be used as controls

It may not have as many features as Quinn but in terms of playability it's the most fun version I've played since the days of Tetris Max. The responsive key handling and lack of annoying animations makes it a dream for high-speed players like myself.
Hint: Set the key rate to max and the delay down to 0.2 to let you move pieces to the sides of the grid quickly.

Thanks for the quick answer+fix. However, no docs, a mention of the copyrighted word "Tetris" (argh!) in the "Help" menu, not fully compliant with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines, a couple of bugs (try to resize the sheets...), etc. Pluses: sound and online highscores. A good start, but Quinn is so way ahead... Good luck though!
Why does it need to phone home? If I would have let it phone home what would it have transmitted back to its developer. Would it log any personal information?
