After two separate downloads, the DMG file is not recognized for mounting. downloads of click, desktopcurtain, backdrip, dvdcapture all went well. Using 10.5.7 on a 3 months old imac, fully updated.

I've used FreeSnap since it was created. It still works fine OSX Leopard. You can still save in a multitude of formats, you can select where you want your screenshot saved. InstantShot is a pretty good start. I'll stay with FreeSnap!
Less is More: BEST screen capture software for OSX

I've never gave comments here before but this software made me do it. I just switched completely to MAC OS X so i had to find a screen capture software once again. I have downloaded and downloaded and tried other software from this site. And by far InstantShot is the simplest and easiest to use. You don't have to select the software to capture screen, this software just sit at your menu bar without interfering Windows you are working on. Just press hot keys wherever you are and That's it! and it's FREE!
