Double-click Jar file after installing Sun Microsystems' actual JavaRuntimeEnvironment, available here:

http://java.sun.com

There is only one active Menuitem now called extensions. Ignore the rest . . . Quit works also
Load unload Trees Drom Discs if inserted
a file can be renamed, click it and type the new name into the pathfield, when you leave the pathfield (tab) the file will be renamed
a file can be deleted by pressing the delete key
a directory can be created by selecting the parent dir and type the new directory name into the pathfield, by leaving pathfield (tab) the directory will be created
Cut and Paste

THIS PRODUCT COMES WITH NO WARRANTY. FILE DELETION MEANS DELETE A FILE AND NOT TO TRASH IT. RECURSIVE COPY, PASTE AND DELETE ARE NOT SUPPORTED AT THIS TIME.

Hm. Sounds good, but it discovered nearly none of my jpg or bmp files, is slow and the functions are only accessible via one single menue. The 2nd mouse button is not used ....
Sorry, but xfolders is much better at this point.
I can not see why this tool should be better than the normal finder and i can see no "windows feeling" ( i never missed it so far :D )

I am quite new to mac: I would like to thank the developer very much.
Now I am starting to appreciate Java (Java was only a cup of coffee. I'm becoming to understand that a lot of shearware applications contains only Java's commands).
