Midnight Inbox helps you: Collect emails, files, calendar and to-do items and notes automatically. Process all of your collected items into to-do items you can actually do when and where you are able. Organize those to-do items into projects you can track easily. Review your lists, projects, and collections to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Work down your lists with a Zen-like focus.

This application looks nice enough that I want it to work for me, unfortunately I can't even fool myself into believing it's even an "ok" tool. The primary bane of Midnight Inbox is it's severe lack of customization. The right amount of configurability in the right places would significantly boost the apps usability. The paltry options for "smart collections" are anything but smart with a meager set of options, the organization of the scheme isn't always well suited for a collection . Annoyances include the need for dedicated, system-wide keyboard shortcuts for acknowledging a minute, refocusing, reminder pop-up aid to visual peculiarities like mutant HUDs that sport excessive borders which somewhat obviate their purpose of economy.

A really great tool to manage your own life and increase your productivity and efficiency. I like the nice GUI. It's just as easy to use like your own car ;-).
