Product Description:
iCyclone lets the user set the minimum speed of the built-in fans. So you can increase your minimum fan speed to make your Mac run cooler with manual mode or let the program set the minimum fan speed for an appropriate idle temp with Automatic mode. In order to prevent damaging your machine, iCyclone does not let you set a minimum speed to a rate under Apple's defaults.

I have a MacBook Pro 17" core duo and i was using the 0.8 version with no issues at all and it works great. when i downloaded the update to the latest 0.8.1 the fans did not work as far as speeding up in auto or manual. the temp was above the settings in auto and i also tried to adjust the fans in manual. nothing worked and the fans did not speed up. i had a copy of the 0.8 version and put this back in and all was well again. Not sure why this was but i figured i would let you know. thanks for a great product otherwise!
