iTunes Volume ReviewSafari crash - Version: 1.2.1, 8/18/2009 08:43AM PST

This makes Safari crash under Tiger.
It also keeps opening iTunes by itself when I don't want it open and you can't stop it from doing it until you shut down.
I couldn't figure out how to simply quit the program.
