DRM Dumpster ReviewGood news. Bad news. - Version: 3.1, 12/30/2008 08:48PM PST

Yes, it works. But it's lossy--the resultant file will be degraded, however slightly, from the original. It requires the use of an easily obtained, inexpensive CD-RW. Why not take advantage of the ability, included with every Mac, of Disk Utility to create a virtual CD-RW (or better yet, DVD-RW) to do the file swapping? It would be much faster, and easier on both the disk and the drive mechanism. Easy to use. But, should you need it, no help is available.

DRM Dumpster ReviewDid not work for me - Version: 3.1, 12/2/2008 08:53AM PST

The support is horrible. Could not get it to work after jumping through numerous hoops with support. Burning Thumb will not refund. They even sent me insulting and hostile email when I disputed. Try before you buy! Don't throw your money in the dumpster.

This software does what it says...once you get the many computer and iTunes settings correct. Save yourself a lot of trouble - read AND follow the instructions! The developer was responsive with my minor issue. Thanks!
