Artist's Butler helps organize the ugly, but necessary, business-side of art:

Documenting and maintaining an inventory of each item produced or sold,
Maintaining your resume to include your most recent exhibits,
Preparing slides and invitations,
Keeping your mailing list up-to-date,
Preparing price lists and consignment sheets for customers and galleries,
Maintaining orderly correspondence. You know the list goes on and on. With Artist's Butler you still have to do this stuff, but it sure does make it all easier and faster. In addition, reports printed or emailed from Artist's Butler all smell very professional, regardless of the state of your studio.

What's new in this version:

Records now provide a separate field for a second image, say a detailed view, of an item.
Serialized number fields can now be easily customized.
Resume title can now be edited.
Edited drop-down menu items no longer disappear after upgrading.
Text on Certificates can now be edited.
Edition Log field is now optional on Certificates.
Certificate printing had some bugs and appearance issues addressed.
Fixed paging problem with printing of Consignment.
Fixed bug in displaying exhibition history of items.
Made numerous edits to GUI and usability design.
Updated Help files.

Well worth $20. I've been looking for a program like this for years to manage an edition log for fine-art photograph sales. The program is easy to use with a nice GUI. Overall, it's exceeded my expectation.
