I downloaded this today and it has done nothing and has asked me for money. I will try and get it into my login items (brain damaged blonde here) but even I know when I'm being nagged for money.

there is one catch. Before OS X, I would shut down after using the computer. Now, I only let the machine go to the screensaver. So when the computer wakes up I need the reminder. Not just when I log in.
