flvThing ReviewGreat player - Version: 1.0.1, 6/3/2008 08:03AM PST

decadence
flvThing is free: not nagware. It's compact: 107k. It's Intel compatible: doesn't run as PPC in activity monitor. The picture is resizable. The interface stays out of your way: semi-transparent overlay when you have your cursor over the playing video.

It's perfect.

The only downside of flvThing is that it uses a huge amount of processor process, running at 85% of Core2Duo Macbook as I type this.

VLC will play flash but it doesn't let you fast forward or jump on the timeline.

It was surprisingly hard to find an FLV player that could properly handle audio-only FLVs...

Nice job!
