Product Description:
Social network browser that makes it easy to organize, browse, and find new friends on MySpace. Spyder makes it easy to keep in touch with your friends or fan-base by message or comment. Add as many friends as you want, Spyder allows you to send friend requests too. Spyder also helps you manage all your accounts, whether you have just a personal account or an additional band or business account you can easily switch between your different accounts in Spyder. And for people that remember faces better than names Spyder downloads users pictures automatically.
What's new in this version:
- Compatibility update for MySpace changes that affected retrieval of messages, and sent messages. This is related to the new V2 messaging system MySpace has changed to.
- Compatibility update for MySpace changes that affected the music search. Currently you can only use the music search if you also specify keywords. Apparently a generic browse no longer works, although the MySpace error message seems to indicate that the browse functionality will return soon.
- Fixed problem with adding users to folders from the user pane contextual menu.

If it worked, it would be worth the money, but you'll spend as much time force-quitting this app as you will using it.
It is also *woefully* buggy, to the point of uselessness in many situations.
On top of that, the developer/support has failed to respond to a single polite email that i've sent them.
This App has potential, but i would have to say AVOID at the moment

since version 2.0 you can't use Spyder while having Little Snitch running.
usually you can chose to allow any connection to whatever application but somehow it does not work for this one.
asked the dev who was really willing to help me out but he finally gave up on this 'bug' so basically, I stopped using it too.

Spyder now offers Captcha assistance, but they sell each and every Captcha operation for a somewhat outlandish price. You can wind up paying thousands; but I suspect that's an option for mass spammers.
