michael-fuchsIn fact, of all the application of its kind, it has been the most reliable and least obtrusive tool, plus it also automatically downloads the lyrics of the songs I listen too.
(Yes, there is sometimes a short break in audio play when it adds the cover/lyrics to the file, but this is only once, so it doesn't really bother me.)
Don't bother

This program WORKS. It gave me album artwork to nearly ALL the albums I have. Simply launch this program and that is it. Listen to your music and as you listen, the album with automatically appear. It is available in high quality picture and it has a great database of songs. I am impressed.
NO INTERFACE NESESSARY COMPARED TO COVERSCOUT.
Also, you need to buy the program in order for the album artwork to appear.
I've heard of some serialbox thingy but that's about it.
