NewsWatcher-UB - 3.0

Thank you so much for releasing NW as a UB. (Especially given the recent shenanigins of Brian Clark -- we all feel for Brian but maybe he doesn't realize the carrot and stick thing is a big turn off!)

Look forward to future efforts. Unfortunately this is not yet useable for at least the following reasons:

1. does not remember saved group lists, and saved group lists cannot be opened (greyed out) manually.

2. decoder programs are not selectable in extracting binaries (also greyed out). I see NewsDecode UB 2.00 but that can't be selected (also perhaps should be packaged together??)

3. some changes to settings do not persist across launches

4. full group lists cannot be filtered

5. no immediately obvious way to sort messages in a group by say, date.

6. no applescript support. I am the developer of the auto-poster Osiris, and would be happy to update it for this as long as the applescript support approximated that in MT-NW. (right now the only scriptable newswatchers are MT-NW (barely) and Thoth (obsolete))

I cannot recommend this at the moment, but will gladly give it a shining review when it works!
