How do I remove the icon from the desktop? Each time the error message tells me to quit the apllication so I guess the better question is how to quit the app?

Thank you

I love Todos.
I would like to be able to resize the window.
I would also like to be able to have multiple seperate windows, that can be called up via different shortcuts, ie; work apps, internet apps, and media apps.

I like the concept of Todos, but aside from being slow to launch, even after the initial one when it 'caches' its apps/icons, my main problem with it is that it takes up (on my system) 57+ Mb of RAM! Why? if the information is cached can't it be read from disk when needed instead of being held in RAM all the time? This is the show stopper for me. It is to easy to throw an Alias in my Favorites folder and put the Favorites folder in the dock, which take no memory and is available instantly without waiting to load.

I also agree with the reviewer who stated that they do not like apps that only work via a menu bar icon. Until Apple puts the app menus in the app window bar like every other OS, there will always be problems with app menu's overlapping menu-item icons. (and making multiple monitor use awkward, but that's a whole different argument)

It would also be nice to to have an "exclude" list so that obscure utilities that are seldom used do not show up.

Here are some excerpts from an e-mail I sent to the developer:

1. The Todos window takes 5 full seconds (complete with SBBOD) to come into focus and become usable on launch and another 5 full seconds (also with SBBOD) to lose focus and close.

2. There is no apparent rhyme or reason to the order in which icons appear in the Todos window...

Yes... All those icons are quite a sight to see in one place at one time, but most of them are totally unfamiliar/meaningless to the average user, and having to search through an amorphous jumble of closely packed icons until the name of the app you're looking for appears at the top of the window when your cursor happens to find the correct icon causes it to take far longer to launch an app with Todos than it would take with any other launch manner/utility I've ever run across, and that is WITHOUT counting the excessive launch time; Todos is in desperate need of an include/exclude option!

3. There is absolutely no earthly reason for Todos to place a menulet; my menu bar real estate is far to scarce/valuable for me to waste it on something that provides absolutely NO functionality; offering it as a dock item with a menulet option would be preferable.

Overall, I must say that you've got yourself a problem if Todos performs in the same manner in Tiger as it does in Panther.
