Doesn't hide the dock on mine...

Ever since I upgraded to OS X years ago, I've been waiting for a shareware app that did this. I haven't had it long, but so far, so good.
Excellent for those that want to reduce clutter and maintain a minimal desktop, and/or maximize their workspace.

Title says it all. I'd like to hide the menubar, but the dock is also hidden along with the menubar. I need to see the dock, I use it all the time. Is this a bug, a known problem or a conflict with some other third party GUI app? Any ideas? Menufela is not usable for me because of this behavior.

Even Unsanity have managed at least an Application Enhancer beta for Leo by now. But still no move from Ninja Kitten so far. (So support rating is poor, while the rest is good to excellent...)
I would even pay those 5$ again, but please remove this menu bar from my view.
