I'm having problems installing the VPN-1... The installer works for a short period, then stops... I get an error: "There were problems installing the software... Please try installing again."
I've attempted several times. No luck... does anybody have any tips?

...the menubar icon isn't desirable but it works. i'd rather have an option to just have it on my dock. my menu is cluttered enough.
