This game goes a little deeper than you first see. The pop-up hints are very useful if you're new to the game, but you don't get to build a score if you use them. The "report card" is useful to see if you're on the right track. The pace of the game is very close to an actual casino experience. Overall this is a terrific piece of software, especially when you factor in the price!

Fun game with a great UI that has now been made even better.
Seems to be very fair in treating the players vs. dealer from the amount of time I've spent playing with this game.

I enjoy blackjack almost as much as craps in realtime casinos. The reason Blackjack International feels so real is the poor play of the other players and the luck of the dealer. I would second the suggestion that chips would enhance the "feel" of the game. I refuse to slide a greasy cheeseburger across the felt. The game is a lot of fun. Howabout a hostess that offers free drinks instead of advice?

A great program and it is free.
If I could change something, I would have the program use poker chips, and I would allow an option that would disable the card totals for each player so that players have to add the cards up in their heads if that is what they prefer.
