When it works, it's great. However, the security is overwhelming. In versions 2 and 3, after a few uses, the program wants my serial key. Only it no longer accepts it. I think the key expires after one or two uses. And apparently upgrading the system from 10.4.10 to 10.4.11 is another excuse to invalidate the serial key. I've spent more time trying to load the serial key than I have in using the program.

the description says fluid mask "mimics the way the eye, optic-nerve and brain perform visual processing". i can clearly see the edges, but fluid mask consistently misses them (tried at 72dpi, at 300dpi and at 600dpi). either fluid mask need a good pair of glasses or i'm doing something wrong. i prefer to think the latter, but i thought this is supposed to be an easy to use plugin. photos with bluescreen background works well, but that is expected.

Fluid Mask Version 2 is really special. It is so intuitive and logical in its approach .... almost like painting by numbers! Definitely this is a breath of fresh air to the awkward work of cutting out a background, and it is especially effective in dealing with difficult subjects such as hair and other complex backgrounds. It is really well worth the price asked and it will save pros and advanced amateurs literally hours every day.
