Just some tests we did before release on my Mac mini using Babya AU Host:
Mac Mini Core Solo 1.5GHz using XBench and Babya AU Host-Babya AU Host was stutter-free compared to say Apple Logic and 2.5x faster than Garageband 3.

On a 2.4GHz P4 PC, using MAGIX Audio Studio, the Mac mini was up to 7x more resource effcient in processing multiple plugins, while the PC was often crash-prone.
