The New Year's Day version will not verify after download. Tried it from Version Track and from the Stone Works site. :(

I've been using Videator since it came out and now the new upgrade. It is an incredible program that lets you add special effects like the pros at a very modest price. You can add over 108 effects and you can combine them all together to create your own effects. Plus, each effect can be modified itself as to the degree you want to use it. In other words, you have an endless amount of modifications you can make to your video.
You can also add layers over your video, paint over you video, add text quite easily to your video, add transitions between segments, make podcastsl, it's simply amazing.
The great thing about this program and all the others that come from Stone is that they provide free upgrades for life. That alone saves you tons of money. Highly recommend this easy to use product.

I do not know how well the program works. However, the horrible, cheap looking icons tells me not to even download the program.
I wish the creator of this programmer will consult an icon specialist to create a more professional look.
By all means, I not criticizing without interest. I do want to try the program but the icons just turns me away.
Hope the creator does not have a closed minded view about this because it has potential to attract many new users. Good luck.
