GrayScaleTool - 1.0

This add-in creates a toolbar that consolidates existing PowerPoint functionality for grayscale printing. It creates a tool-bar that toggles grayscale options on and off and has pre-set formats for printing presentations in grayscale. The add-in may benefit large organizations that share networked laser printers. GrayScaleTool is for people who often print GrayScale (saves on color ink), or who want to do special effects with grayscale printing.

The toolbar does not add any new functionality to PowerPoint. It merely organizes PowerPoint’s existing grayscale options into a single toolbar that has buttons that set the print dialog box to grayscale printing automatically.
