Version 3.0.3 seems to work like a charm on my system now so I was happy to buy a 5 user license. This is a remarkable program and I encourage people to try a demo. I don’t know what the problems were with the previous version I tried but this version rocks.

I use SuperSync to add music files from various networked Macs to the Mac I have attached to my stereo, and it does this well. I can thus use any of my Macs to rip CDs or download MP3s, and the files will automatically get added to iTunes on my stereo.
I tried to copy the iTunes Library files over the network as my solution before trying SuperSync. Copying works as a one-time trick, but once you have multiple library files out of sync, you can't sync them just by copying. SuperSync solves this issue.
There is a lot more to SuperSync, but as a new user, I haven't touched a lot of the functions yet. It appears well-priced if you plan to use it fully.
The support I received from SuperSync was nothing short of amazing. I downloaded 2.4.1, and bought it based on the demo. I ran into a bug with 2.4.1 that killed SuperSync and reported it. I got a response in email 7 minutes later. After sending in the crash report, I was sent 2.4.2 with the fix 2 hours later.
The current demo works fine, please note the (old) version numbers of previous reviews having problems with the demo.
I have no connection to the company--just a new customer who gave it a chance even with the low rating on this site.

There's a lot of information displayed, I suppose necessarily, and it takes a while to get your head around all the colors and symbols and filters. I wish there was a way to "invert" the Artist and Album filtering. I've got several hundred tracks that SS thinks are unsynchronized but in fact it's only because I've updated tags on my main machine, and I don't want those files re-copied from the remote. I'd like to be able to filter -out- an artist or album where I know that's the case, but in SS you can only filter to -show- an artist or album. Even in iTunes at least you can select-all then cmd-click to deselect any you don't want to see.
Still, even in its crippled state unable to do auto sync it was handy in showing me what was on the remote that wasn't in the main library, which is what I was after at this particular time. I just went down the list and did Finder copies into iTunes manually...
