Product Description:

MorphX is a simple free application for calculating movies where one image transforms into another.

What's new in this version:

  • Use right mouse button or left + ctrl to select within a rectangle
  • Added "Animation" QuickTime codec to support transparency.
  • Added "Motion JPEG B" codec.
  • Stores last used codec settings in user defaults and uses the setting for new documents
  • Bug fixes for aspect ratio and moving lines via keyboard

    Just a data point - works fine here on OSX 10.5.2 on a MacBook Pro 2.6GHz intel.
    Very impressed with various neat interface features.

    This modest morpher is quick, easy and renders smooth transitions. It sets a high standard, I think, for all freeware authors to aspire to. Problems cited may be platform-related. I get great, reliable performance on a G5 dual 2.5 w/4 gigs ram. See: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=01tsZGhaPSI Aubrey3d
