Product Description:

LengthControl is a simple and powerful utility to control the name length of files and folders.
LengthControl displays the file name length and warns about the files whose name is longer than user defined limit.
You can edit the file/folder names in LengthControl and then rename them all in the Finder with a click of a button.

What's new in this version:

Rewritten completely in Cocoa, LengthControl 2 is several times faster (it was an AppleScript application before)
User defined maximum name length
Separate maximum name length for folders
The options to scan folders (one level) or all subfolders
Change maximum length and recalculate results
Drop files directly on the LengthControl list or choose from the system dialog
Move the file list selection using the Up/Down buttons or with the Cmd-Up/Down Arrow shortcuts
