Product Description:
Adds a "Followup" item to the Message and contextual menus of Apple's Mail application that allows you to compose (and then send) a quoted version of the original message to all of the original recipients, keeping the To, Cc and Bcc addresses exactly as they appeared in the original message. Hawk Wings has a nice description of MailFollowup.
What's new in this version:
Fixed a bug that caused Mail to crash for users without the Mail Act-On plugin installed.

Just brillant. Does exactly what it promises in a very simple and unabtrusive way, and saves a LOT of time when following up lazy fellows who don't reply to mails :-)
