Product Description:
BatchOutput is a powerful professional solution to automate printing, export to PDF, PostScript and EPS of multiple and single InDesign documents. You can also export multipage InDesign documents as single page PDF and PostScript files with variable file names, send files to printer as single pages and change job name in printer queue. Just select the documents you need to output, adjust the settings and BatchOutput will do the rest for you. It will automatically open and print (or export to PDF) each document or page using the predefined output settings. And because BatchOutput can run in the background, you can still keep working on your computer thus using your production time even more efficiently.

- save to PostScript as single pages, spreads or entire document
- change file name in printer queue
- send multipage documents to printer as single pages
- variable output file names composed of 6 parts with choice of 10 variables to assign to each part
- the unique Script Label variable which allows you to automatically insert any text from InDesign document into output file name
- output all pages or a specific range
- interactive file list (with ability to drag and drop from Finder and open files from the list)
- detailed progress of the output process
What's new in this version:
- BatchOutput doesn't show the "Preset not found" error on startup anymore.
- All EPS settings are now located in a single tab.
