Product Description:
BatchOutput is a powerful solution to automate printing and export to PDF of multiple InDesign documents. It also can export multipage InDesign documents as single page PDF files with variable file names. Just select the documents you need to output, adjust the settings and BatchOutput will do the rest for you. It will automatically open and print (or export to PDF) each document or page using the predefined output settings. And because BatchOutput can run in the background, you can still keep working on your computer thus using your production time even more efficiently.

- output using InDesign Print or Export to PDF presets
- export to PDF as single pages, spreads or entire document
- variable PDF file names (including the unique Script Label variable which allows you to automatically insert any text from InDesign document into PDF file name)
- output using current InDesign print/export settings
- export all PDFs to one folder or to the folder with original InDesign document
- output all files on the list automatically or showing Print/Export dialog for each file
- close each document after output or leave them open
- output all pages or a specific range
- new InDesign presets are instantly available in BatchOutput
- interactive file list which will:
- open InDesign documents directly from the list
- reveal them in Finder (even multiple selections)
- show different icons for InDesign CS and CS2 files (even if they all look the same in Finder)
- detailed progress of the output process
What's new in this version:
- Fixed issue when the Printer Presets radio button could not be clicked.
- Fixed issue when BatchOutput displayed an error when clicking the Done button in the Print tab.
- Fixed issue with PDF file name variables when Print is the default tab.
