What's new in this version:

Added Live Folders; allows you to add folders like "Documents" or "Movies" and Apparatus will update the menus and submenus with all items currently in those folders
Changed the "Configure" command to bring System Preferences in front of all other applications
Fixed a bug that caused the preference pane to crash after performing a drag operation to reorder the menu items
Changed the behavior when adding new items to preferences while a submenu is selected; submenu is now opened when a new item is added
