First off, I hate it when I can only download a trial by supplying my email address. I've traced too much SPAM back to unscrupulous shareware sites. But after surrendering my email address I finally got a link to download the program only to get the message that the program had expired. Does the developer make it easy to contact support for help? No. So this program goes into the trash and I guess I'll keep using Senuti. Not fancy and has some issues, but it is free and it works.

Kandalu X Troubleshooting ReportAuto Updates Do not work - Version: 4.02c.00, 4/10/2007 04:16PM PST

The Auto Updates, which seem to be the only way to upgrade your paid version of the program keep failing. I have emailed the Authour twice, but have yet to hear a response. I have paid for the program and while it works, I am dissapointed by being unable to upgrade a program I paid for. I only bought this a couple of months ago.

Kandalu X ReviewMissing Video!!! - Version: 4.03c.00, 2/26/2007 11:46PM PST

Ok the current app does basically everything Senuti does. Now if you want to be original add something like the ability to play back videos. That really shouldn't be hard. You already can listen to the audio of video files on the ipod. Just add some preferences to open Quicktime, VLC, Mplayer, etc when someone clicks on a movie file.

I like to see a way to use my iPod as a true iTune library instead of carrying around a second HD to store my music adn videos on. Do something new and then maybe this product will be worth buying. For now I think I'll stick with Senuti since I don't really see any difference. Just a slicker looking interface and better icons.
