I figured it was worth five bucks to give this one a shot. Very nice, with pleasant sound effects; it's much more fun if the player tries to memorize the colors and place them without peeking at a completed grid. Games like this are very good for working both sides of the brain, so if it's necessary to blow time playing computer games, it might just as well be one like this.
Three suggestions:
1 - make it possible to set a new game from the one just completed;
2 - allow for the possibility of resetting the game just played (this allows more than one person to determine who can solve fastest;
3 - the ability to pause/turn off the timer.
It would also be nice think in terms at some future point of a very large grid with numbers on one side and colors on the reverse that actually form a picture. The player could choose one or the other and flip back and forth between the two. (I realize we're talking a >$5 shareware fee here.)
My take on the comment regarding the product's name: "Oh, please."

It seems like you could have chosen a better name for the program, like Color Sudoku or Sudoku Colors.
