If you need access to EFI (as I do) or if you simply want to create additional boot partitions (besides OSX and Windows), this is a great product. I have been using this product for 12 hours a day for a few weeks now and it's never let me down. It looks great as well - that's just a plus for me.

I don't have an Intel Mac, but this utility sounds incredible! Here's a suggestion, i hope the developer can include it in a future version - How about also adding the ability to boot from an os9 installation?

Being a Mac user was never so much fun. Open source projects are sprouting like crazy and all that because Apple moved to the mainstream architecture using Intel chips. All those Linux distributions, *BSDs and other operating systems are knocking on our doorstep. But the problem is, they need a little help to open that door. Projects like rEFIt are here to welcome them. I was already able to test at least two Linux distros and it was a lot of fun doing that.
What we need in the future is a bootloader and a module that allow any operating system to boot without any modifications, and I believe that day is not too far off. Guys from RedHat already announced they will support the Mac in the future and I encourage them to give rEFIt a hand and make a universal booting module so none of the distributions out there would need to make a special images just so they could boot on the Mac. That is the only right way to go, both for the users and the companies.
Thanks again for your wonderful effort.
