Doesn't handle countries whose timezone is not an integer offset from UTC. Some inconsistencies in timezone names: e.g., US West Coast is PST (Pacific Standard Time), but Atlantic Standard Time is indicated as EDT (Eastern Daylight Time). It would be better to allow users to choose their own preferred timezone names via Preferences settings.
