This product mostly works, but on some machines, no matter what I do it cannot dial out. The developer says to reset the audio preferences (change them and change them back again) and promised an update over a year ago, but this has not been fixed to date.
2 machines I have it works fine, 3 other machines it cannot dial (crashes). That said it works better for me than loudhush ever did (and this is free where loudhush is not).

Works out of the box

After failing to get Loudhush to work with my Asterisk server I was pleasently surprised to find that this product not only registered with my Asterisk server the first time, I didn't even have to read the manual to make a call. Very Mac-like.
Only missing feature I can find is a provision for switching between multiple accounts/extensions.
